Prof. Dr. Supriya M.H. is a distinguished luminary in Electronics and Underwater Technology, with exceptional contributions in research, innovation, and leadership. Her prolific output includes over 170 publications ,editing 11 international symposium proceedings , and five filed patents (including an AI-enabled health-tech innovation ).She has secured over ₹9.10 Crores in project funding and nearly ₹42 Lakhs in consultancy , driving strategic research and product development like IoT-enabled intelligent appliances. Dr. Supriya has personally guided 9 Ph.D. scholars(8 awarded and 1 submitted) and 100 M.Tech/M.Sc. projects.

As former Head of Electronics , she championed the 5G Use Case Lab at CUSAT (inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister ) and coordinated over 10 SYMPOL international symposia. She also undertook a 2-week advanced training and collaboration program at ETU LETI, Russia , focusing on cutting-edge electronics.

Consistently recognised for academic excellence, receiving the prestigious University Merit Scholarship during Pre-Degree (1982–1984), the REC Merit Scholarship throughout the B.Tech programme (1984–1988), and the GATE Scholarship during M.Tech studies (1990–1992).
